THE BOHUNT CENTRE, LIPHOOK

12th NOVEMBER 1994

Judge: Mr Dean H. Cund

Best in Show: Ryder 's Beaconmoor Christmas Star

Reserve Best in Show: Lamb & Wilkinson's Aradaz Downtown Bogeyman

Best Puppy in Show: McGrath's Rosie Riley

Best Veteran in Show: Benham's Beastie Boy of Bow

I was honoured and delighted to be invited to judge at the Downlands Staffordshire Bull Terrier Club. The hardworking committee made my day a most enjoyable one. The hospitality was wonderful - thank you all. I was looking for a Stafford that was balanced and well constructed, with a correct front and rear angulation and a level topline, good bone and substance. If a dog does not move right then it can't be made right. A Stafford should be functional.

Lovely head, nice round dark eye, neat ears, correct bite. Good straight front and level topline. Well boned, nice bend of stifle. Good in all departments, a very promising pup.
